Chickens.

Bob was found as baby chick by some hikers, stuck in a glue trap. The nice couple raised him but when Bob started crowing, the neighbors insisted he had to go. Bob came to us and now spends his days strutting around the sanctuary with his girlfriends Norah and Jenny.

When you sponsor Bob, for just $10 a month, you are helping us give him top quality nutrition, basic medical care, and a loving, safe place to call home.

Jenny was orginally kept as an egg-laying pet. Her original owners decided she needed more attention and we were happy to oblige. These days Jenny runs around playing with her sisters, gets daily cuddles from human friends, and is thriving here with us. There is no pressure to lay eggs but, when she does, we give them back to her so that she can get the vital nutrients lost when laying eggs.

When you sponsor Jenny, for just $10 a month, you are helping us give her top quality nutrition, basic medical care, and a loving, safe place to call home.
